Enjoy warmth and comfort in classic surroundings when you stay in one of our traditional stone built cottages. Arran, Bute and Cumbrae are three two-bedroomed cottages - a barn conversion – looking over Loch Earn and Edinample Castle to the mountains beyond.  Arran, Bute and Cumbrae Cottages Downstairs each has a large living room with a wood burning stove, easy chairs and settee, colour TV and a dining area. An archway leads to a fully fitted kitchen. The front door is glazed and a back door opens to a grassed area with picnic tables. Click on the small images to zoom in. 



The attractive pine open staircase leads to the bathroom with a bath and electric shower over, the double bedroom which faces south over the loch and the twin room, which looks over the rear garden to the pine forest beyond.
There are electric heaters in each room and the beds are made up for you when you arrive. ALL COTTAGES are comfortably furnished to a high standard and have interesting pictures, photographs and maps on the walls. There are puzzles and games and a variety of books to read. There is a supply of information about attractions to visit and a folder containing menus from local places to eat.
Equipment includes iron and ironing board, hairdryer, spare blankets, clothes drying racks – in fact there should be everything you need for your holiday. The garlic press request was no problem!! |
