Earnknowe House offers warm, welcoming rooms with hospitality trays and comfortable beds, followed by breakfast with a wonderful view over Loch Earn. Our conservatory looks out to the mountains and Edinample Castle and you might see an osprey or maybe a red squirrel.

We have a double en-suite and a twin room with private bathroom adjacent.

Rates:

£27.50 per person per night.

Please note that there is NO surcharge for single occupancy in the twin room but an extra charge of £5.00 if the double room is occupied by just one person.
