Kintyre Cottage

A wonderful view, a cosy and warm timber cottage, and all the comfort you expect from our award winning accommodation.

KINTYRE, a cosy single storey cottage for two, with a wood burning stove, overlooks Loch Earn and Edinample Castle with the mountains beyond.

The front door leads to a good-sized living area with a fully equipped kitchen along one wall. There is a comfortable sofa and chair, dining table and colour TV with magazines, books and a selection of games and puzzles.

A door leads to a lobby where there is a back door , which opens on to a grassed area with picnic tables, and the door to the roomy shower room. The bedroom is in the front and has an oak bed with wardrobe and chest of drawers.

There are space heaters in each room and the bed will be made up for you when you arrive.

The cottage is comfortably furnished to a high standard and has interesting pictures, photographs and maps on the walls.  There is a supply of information about attractions to visit and a folder containing menus from local places to eat.

Equipment includes iron and ironing board, hairdryer, spare blankets, clothes drying racks – in fact there should be everything you need for your holiday. The garlic press request was no problem!!
